Love love love the people at Mosleys. Always kind and ready to help. I'm a weekly or every other week regular but walked in at 130 on Christmas Eve to grab something special to cook for my family on Christmas Day. (Bad planning on my part I know). Everything g was already put up..after discussing with the staff decided on a 4 Bone prime rib roast. Prepped it with a mix of stone ground and Dijon mustard/Olivia oil, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, celery salt, parsley flakes. I had planned on saving half this filet for lunch tomorrow but OMG the second I 'cut' (I use the term loosely because i could have cut it with a butter knife) into my steak, plans changed. With only a bit of salt and pepper and 7 min per side on the grill, this steak was so perfect I couldn't stop. And it's not just steak. This place was highly recommended to us but definitely fell short of our expectations. We purchased ground beef, stew meat and steaks. The hamburger was the greasiest I have ever had way to much fat definitely not a 90-10 as advertised. We couldn’t eat it and had to feed it to the dogs. The stew meat and steaks were tasteless and grizzly as well. The staff was not friendly and the meat was not worth the price. Publix and Grouses have better meat and better prices than this place.
