Each and every time that I have called Nielsen’s, the person I speak with is a true professional in their customer centricity, from plant care to gifts and flower arrangements. Looking back over the years, I ought to have written compliments long ago. However, one of the multitudes of times that I know one of the Nielsen’s family of experts in plants for the garden, flowers and arrangements for all occasions, Jan answered the phone. Jan knew exactly what I was looking for. Spot on! Thank you for hearing me through my lengthy description of ideas. Jan went to consult with, as she said, exquisite, experienced floral designers after sending me photos of the most perfect urn for the floral arrangement in honor of someone beloved. Jan took the time to speak with me about all, from a card hand written with calligraphy to what the flowers will be held within. Also, Jan worked with my budget, for, as we know, there are all kinds of flowers that are all beautiful, but they have different price points. I am thankful to know that I can always give Nielsen’s a call to be received by true professionals who place much care into everything they do, including the customers they work very hard to serve and ultimately, satisfy beyond measure. I hosted my sister’s baby shower in the greenhouse at Nielsen’s in Nov 2023. The venue was a dream and the service was best-in-class.

Bob Sabia of Nielsen’s was communicative, creative and helpful in transforming the space into an open and airy brunch wonderland. Bob’s friendly and welcoming attitude made the planning process run smoothly. Bob was attentive to the timeline, floor plan setup and real-time requests for air conditioning on an unseasonably warm November day.

Matt of Michael Joseph’s catering (connected to Nielsen’s) was accommodating to every food, beverage and furniture rental request. Upon our first phone call, Matt instantly understood the theme and vision for the day. The food was phenomenal and endlessly complimented throughout the event.
