I never visited Darien Sport Shop in person. I found them online because they were the only store that had a hoodie I had been looking for! I couldn’t but it online so I emailed them… Greg from marketing responded very quickly saying they still had the hoodie and he was holding one for me, all I had to do was give them a call. I called the next morning as they were already closed by the time I saw his response. I was helped by a couple of people over the phone… they quickly located the item that Greg had set aside for me and I completed the purchase with Rachel over the phone! We routinely rent and buy ski and other sports equipment from the Darien Sport Shop. Although there are 2 floors of clothing etc on the 3rd floor they carry sports and ski equipment attuned to the sports of the season. The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair, and for childrens ski equipment, it is hard to find a better deal for renting for the season. I rate them five stars particularly for their customer service: the staff went above and beyond several times to make sure we were satisfied with our gear. Excellent establishment, highly...
