These days, it’s quite rare to receive adequate customer service, let alone exceptional. In a search for a specific food, I was lucky enough to have Cindy answer my call today. I explained that their location was a bit far from me and that I have a young child on a schedule. My dog (with a heart condition and specified raw diet) had been without her food due to delivery issues, and I was in a pinch. Without hesitation, Cindy offered to bring my order to her home which was at least 20+ minutes closer to me, and I could pick it up there.
