Bowlmor Lanes — Local services in Davenport

Great price for bowling, but you get what you pay for. When we first signed up, we got a package that included a pizza and pitcher of drink. We didn’t want the pizza or drink right away as we had 90 minutes of bowling, said that we would order shortly later. They said they really needed us to order right away when paying but just let them know.. after about 15 minutes we went up to the desk to order our pizza and drink, and the kid argued with us that we had to pay, when we kept saying it was part of the package.. he ended up putting it in, but continued to argue about it. We then asked for a 12oz drink separate from the pitcher, and he snapped that it was $1.50. Yes, we understand, and was going to hand him the money, but he wanted to continue to argue about why we should have ordered our pizza when we bought the package. We just ignored it, but clearly this guy has zero customer service whatsoever.. about 10 minutes later we asked them if they could setup our game to be 9-pin no-tap scoring, which is common and just a standard way I’ve bowled with friends before. He hollered over to the girl that I was talking with, that I’m not on league, I can’t have no-tap scoring.. huh?? Why does league matter how I’d like to score my games?? Absolutely the worst trash customer service I’ve ever experienced. Why does it matter if I order food right away vs 15 mins later? Why does it matter how I’d like to personally score my games with friends?? This kid just seems to be on some power trip and doesn’t understand who the...

Well I think that this Bowling Alley is awesome just the way it is today and I don't think that it's old fashioned into the 1970's.

I speak for myself and on behalf of my family as respectful customers that find this Bowling Alley as Unique, Creative and cozy just the way that it's originally built in our beautiful little town here in Iowa.

I was going to go out to go bowling, they said I would need 10 bucks, and then I ended up spending 16 bucks. I didn’t think to much of this, and as I order a pizza. It took an hour for the pizza. The pizza was raw, tasted like cardboard, the cheese wasn’t even cooked all the way, and worse of all I couldn’t get a refund. I also asked to see if why it looked like this and they said, “ oh that’s how it’s supposed to be”. Didn’t eat the pizza much. So then I went to go get a drink for 2 bucks and it took my money. It gave me 50 cents back. Now I asked about what had happened and they gave me the dollar and 50 cents that I needed back. But still was inconvenient for me. Could have...
