sucked. my sister had box dye in her hair and we told them up front she has red splat dye. The stylists tried to get it out after knowing it was not possible and put her hair through 2 rounds of bleach. After they kept failing they cut off 5 inches of hair since her was grey, pink, brown, and blonde. I genuinely think we were scammed out of $280 and the lady had no idea what to do, we had multiple stylists there trying to help which they still all failed miserably. Finally after 7 hours the hair finished and looked nothing like the inspo, was unevenly cut, and took no accountability for messing up so badly and blamed my sister for ever dying her hair in the first place.
