Had to give this place 1 star just to post my comment. Been patronizing this place about 3 to 4 times a year for about 25 years. On May 17th I ordered a flower arrangement that was on the website only to get something that was totally unacceptable. The item was delivered to the prison and once my wife brought it home here in Houston, I was totally embarrassed of what I saw. I've never had a problem with any of my orders until now. I did call to complain and the lady said that she did not have all of the necessary items for that arrangement and she did the best with what she had. I wish I could post the mess she since in which she said was her best. And because she didn't offer to make it right, this will end our business together. Completely terrible service I order a arrangement on January 23, 2021. I ordered the sun-kissed prairie arrangement ($80). The arrangement received on Monday January 25, 2021, was absolutely terrible. It was thrown together and on top of that it wasn't even what I ordered not even close. I called and explained that I received the wrong order she told me they probably ran out of what I wanted. I never received a phone call explaining that couldn't complete the exact order I paid for. I thought they were going to make it right by refunded part of my money then she told me the owner Rhonda doesn't want to do that. Probably the worst floral shop I have ever dealt with. So sad that a local shop has no customer service. Next time I'll stick with 1800 flowers they can complete a better...

Rhonda, at the Vineyard, did all the flower arrangements, center pieces, and bouquets for my wedding. She sat and worked with me on several occasions to do her best in ensuring all the flower arrangements would be perfect for my wedding.

She sent me flower samples, and color samples, and worked until she got the colors and flowers exactly how I had envisioned them. A few days before the wedding, the center pieces were not what I had envisioned, and she changed everyone of them and kept changing them until I was 100% pleased. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect and I couldn't have been happier.
