Please DO NOT buy from this store! Read the reviews and check out the BBB, I wish I had! I purchased a refrigerator last month, paid $320 cash app, this included delivery. It was delivered the next day only to find out the fridge doesn’t get cold. At first when I called I was told I would get a replacement as soon as the refrigerators they were expecting were checked out, and repaired if needed. Then more days kept going by, no fridge no calls, once again I called and this time was told they were having problems with the delivery guys but assured me I would get a replacement fridge! Needless to say I have since called multiple times during business hours and the only person who answered , after telling who I was, said they we’re the cleaning lady and to call back at 4 and Paula would be there. I did and nobody answered. I assume that it wasn’t a cleaning lady they just are ignoring all my calls. So now I’m about 7 days away from the 30 day warranty expiring and I have already contacted the bbb, but I’m not stopping here because this place can’t just run a business that rip customers off, and if this is what they are doing, which appears to be the case, then that’s robbery and they are criminals and they need to be held accountable. Hey BUY RITE I want a working refrigerator or a full refund and I promise if you choose to keep my money then I will continue contacting the city, county, and state agencies that protect consumers in these situations until you are held responsible, and they either shut you down, and or you are charged for intentionally selling non working appliances, false advertising , and keeping the customers money. I live on a fixed income and had major surgery, my son and grandson are here to help me until I’m better. I can not afford to spend more money on a fridge so we have had to use a freezer and coolers for food. I’m sure there are many others who are struggling to make ends meet, these people have Jesus sayings all throughout their store, they are putting food on their table that thy stole from their customers, I’m sure god would not approve. Scammers and taken advantage of a 60yrd woman who wanted nothing but to surprise her daughter wirh a "new" stove not knowing about this business everybody knows about. I didn't know till after the delivery where it was from. And I said oh NO, spider eggs and roach filled stove, took only over night to get roaches on my clean home! Got the stove out told them to pick it up and get it out of here knowing roaches will come in from outside from this,stove. And then the scam...our stove never had bugs, it's yoir fault, yet they waited days to pick it up outside my yard. Then as it's delivered its all beat up , melted top,and clock is missing parts of its numbers, as he turns it on and it starts smoking saying it's the chemicals they used to clean, Ya OK..burning bugs! This is a nightmare! They take no responsibility and try to threaten store credit of damaged , no refunds, you all brought it to me damaged and infested, this is highly stressing my family and animals out. Now I wait for them to say when they do pick it up, that's not our stove, as they took our older perfectly working stove. Our world is now turned upside down now. These people know exactly how their business runs and what they take in. They call themselves a church yeah what are they worship roaches. Their day will come it will be investigated. YOU CANOT JUSTIFY AL THIS. Open your eyes proof all there , spider eggs and roaches , years of damage and infestation you sold to us. You all ruin people's lives ....

This is my second time since moving here from New Jersey over 7yrs using this store. 1St time I bought a fridge(5/6yrs ago) and I am still using it today. 2nd time yesterday 09/24/18 I bought a stove/washing machine. Paula and her crazy crew of the nicest men you ever want to meet helped me tremendously. Even when Paula didn't have an item that I wanted she called the other store and the guys there sent her pics of what they had(car was acting up and it was raining and I was desperate so I took a chance just to get to her) Since moving here from Jersey I have not had the best experiences. I've run into a lot of people that pretty much just took money from me and not done the job. When I went to the store Paula and the guys made my experience a delight. I felt comfortable and I didn't think they were just trying to unload crappy appliances on me just for the sake of making a quick buck. If you need to buy appliances but don't have a lot of cash. I do recommend Buy-Rite Appliances. They don't treat you like a customer. They treat you like a close knit family member And I will continue to use their services.
