El latino — Restaurant in Dayton

I really loving supporting our own but in this case this was my first time trying this place but customer service was not good the ladies there just stare at you blankly without saying hello or asking to take your order.The elderly lady there was the one who greeted with a “good afternoon” and took my order. I had ordered tamales 2 chickens and 1 pork for my mom. They never arrived we were there for almost 30 min waiting my parents were already there because I was meeting up with them but the food they had received was a bit dry and tasteless. The tamarindo drink tasted like it had spoiled already. Once we were leaving and getting ready to pay I never received my tamales that I ordered we let them know and the same lady who took my order got upset and angry and she still charged the tamales even after I told her I didn’t want them anymore because we had to leave. Very disappointed with this experience. I don’t like just trying a place out once because I know people might have there good and bad days so I look forward to coming back another day and trying it again!
