K FOOD MART DYTON OH — Local services in Dayton

I have only given this establishment 1 star because I don't have the option to give them negative stars!! Honestly, I have never been treated with less respect in my life! The manager( whom is now on unemployment I'd imagine) is a foreign arrogant , nasty Man who cheats, overcharges ,call customers dirty words speaks a different language to trick Me , scans my winning scratch offs they say already been cashed after I just bought them there inside that same store not more than 3 minutes before and he tells me it can't be redeemed because it had already been cashed ! Now I'd only mention this because he's done this on several occasions and he's not the only person there that skims from the top seems they all have done it more than once ! Then I tried to pay for a fountain drink and it was 2 drinks but I e I brought in with me I had just bought it from Sunoco down street. He told me it was 341 they are 85cents each unless refill and that is. 10cents off for bringing back the cup! I had $241 on me and I wanted to save my cash for cigs and I had to give him my money 2 times and take off $2.41 from my direct express card and I'd give him another $1 I've got . This man said I only have him 41 cents and his coworker said I Paid an extra dollar . But the one manager wasn't buying it he knew he made a mistake but remained acting like he was right but would not review...

not so hospitality and very rushing and always on the phone very rude also always speaking in a different language to the other co-worker which is Barry not so businesslike when it's our country speak English if you're in the English world the guy that works there with the glasses he's pretty cool he's lenient and he helps out the ones that need help the store has come a long way from Dusty shelf sent everything to its clean it's starting to run properly I believe the front parking lot needs to be done needs painting and landscaping needs to be done and more windows maybe expand the place but it's fairy close and it's handy to have that store there in that neighborhood we need more stores maybe some restaurants like McDonald's or Arby's or...

Wouldn’t even give a one star if I had the option This store used to be a circle k now under new management since they shut down circle k. The new owners and employees are hardly approachable. Rude terrible customer service skills. No thanks or have a good day constantly getting not what I’ve asked for. Just plain disrespectful Before they’re even done this lady yells NEXT while everyone’s still trying to grab their stuff. They need to learn a think or too...
