EXPRESS TOBACCO MART — Local services in Dayton

I have been going to this store for a very long time as soon as i pull up they know what im getting and have it ready but today the gentleman that helped me i have only dealt with him a few times so i make sure to say L&D and i seen he already had a pack waiting he said do you want 2 i said no just one please so i pay pull of and my phone dings letting me know about the purchase i see it says $8.96 it also charges me a over draft fee im running late for a appointment in Chattanooga so when i get back i pulled up the guy that works there all the time had a pack waiting for me which i love its nice to have such great service i asked for the other gentlemen and i said i think you accidentally charged me for 2 packs instead of the one so he and the other guy come look at the receipt from the register and i can tell the guy who is usually they are talking to each other in their language but i can sense by the tone something is wrong the new guys asks to see my email that shows it and starts to insinuate that im trying to rip him off and my email is fake so i pull up my bank statement anyway im holding the pack in my hand he notices he made a mistake and gave me L&M i didn't notice either i had only smoked one so i told him i can't afford a $9 pack of cigarettes i can get 2 of mine for the same price plus i now have a over draft fee so i asked him if he could at least put the few dollars back on my card to at least cover the over draft fee i was willing to take my part of the mistake for not noticing either and pay my fee for now having 1 pack of $9 cigarettes he refused it pissed me off i give them alot of my money so does my husband i also had my mom start buyingher cartons of mistys there once a week that comes up to almost $100 not anymore i will not have someone accuse me of trying to rip them off for a few dollars with a fake email and he couldn't even apologize for HIS MISTAKE im so mad i might just pay someone to stand in front of the store with a big sign 😠🤬 im just kidding but they know my husband and mom and that's alot of business to lose it adds up the crappy thing is i like all the other employees but i will not be...

When it first open the guy that was in there was kind sweet and caring have not seen him in months but who ever is running it now is rude. Where through the drive through to get drinks went to pay and he asked me for my pin. When I ask if he could just put the pad out so I could put it in that I did not want to say it he got upset.
