Snobiz Shave Ice (Ice Cream) - Dayton TN — Restaurant in Dayton

First time I’ve been here. Went with a friend who goes there often for their teas. I wasn’t looking for tea but the loaded brownie sundae looked amazing. So that’s what I ordered. Hot brownies and cold ice cream is my weakness. But what I seem to find more than not is lazy employees who throw it together with a cold brownie. So imagine my disappointment when I went to cut through the (what was suppose to be hot a soft) brownie only to find it just came out the fridge. I assume it’s my fault for assuming the brownie would be hot so I wasn’t going to ask for a refund, I still wasn’t going to eat it. I threw away my order and i politely told the girl behind the counter that it would be beneficial to inform people that it isn’t a hot loaded brownie sundae in which she responds that it’s suppose to be. So now im confused and wondering why it isn’t, so she said whoever opened the store probably just turned the light on but didn’t make sure it was on. So now you’re telling me these brownies have been sitting in a machine since you opened this morning which was suppose to be on heating/cooking these brownies and they haven’t been? So I ask her if that’s not part of their job when someone comes in to make sure certain task are done or at least rotate the food that’s been out apparently since you opened this morning. Or checking on the food that’s been in the warmer or whatever for the last few hours. These two girls clearly had no idea what they was really doing. More like they was there just to hangout and if you had any issues they had no idea about anything. All this falls on the owner who is the manager also. Lack of professionalism and lack of training as well as lack of upkeep to make sure rules are being followed and you are offering good products not bad. The shaved ice was decadent!! I don’t normally eat a snow cone but the wedding cake was the bomb. $4 are way too big. I was so impressed with the quality and grandkids...
