Don't waisted your money or time here these people they don't care not one bit about the product they're serving my mother and I went in along with my nieces and spent $70 the day of my grandmother's funeral because we had to we're both severe diabetics and we had to eat otherwise we would have got enough and walked out without taking one bottle of food that was placed in front of us the bacon shattered into shivers and was an edible my mother's beef tips unrecognizable we enjoyed our toast that's about it oh and drinks of course because we were thirsting to death our waitress however was wonderful she did her best to make up for what to Cooks had failed I felt sorry for her because she was having to do well both jobs just enabled to make a living I guess during this pandemic and bravo to you which is bravo but the place was nasty the bathroom is nasty the cooks stood around talking about their dates the previous evening and how drunken messed up they were going to be come tonight Dollar food burnt on an unattended grill wow well they were doing some male posturing, I guess. Like I said don't waste your time when we complained all we got in response was well you made most of it otherwise we wouldn't have even paid the bill it was absolutely horrible which only served to make what was a horrible day for me even worse because I was actually ashamed that we had to pay this bill and felt even worse because I had to eat this awful food that had been prepared because of a medical condition both me and my mother share. So we decide to order huddle today, worst mistake we could make. First off, the app wouldn't work to place a pick-up order so I had to call and place the order(whoever answered the phone was extremely rude). Second, when we got our order home, our order was missing items and was not up to the standard we had received previously. My daughters Oreo cookie crunch platter had no chocolate syrup, whipped cream or extra crushed Oreo's on top of the pancakes like the picture shows on the menu and had previously gotten before( instead it had some oreo's they put in the batter).My mothers order came with no Texas toast( not a major deal but we should get what we paid for) and I specifically asked to make sure it came with Texas toast when I placed the order. And finally, mine and my husbands burgers came with the smallest amount of fries I've ever seen and when he got there to pick up the order, the lady at the register was very rude. I've never placed a review before but one needs to be made because compared to the service we used to get, it has went downhill. I won't waste my money there again and for the people who do enjoy this place and like the employees that work their, I hope you continue to have good service and get treated better than we did because if I could post this with No...

The omelets were ok. The pancakes were terrible. Bacon was not cooked well. Eggs were supposed to be cooked over medium, but they were undercooked and runny. The waitress was terrible. When asked for condiments she disappeared and didn't return. The girl washing dishes took better care of us then the waitress did. When the bottle of syrup was dropped off at the table, it had syrup on the bottom and sides of the container. Made a mess of the table. When asked for dessert, the waitress referred us to other places. Unfortunately, this place don't mind taking money from the elders in the community. This place was a mess, we won't return. No way will they get anymore business from us. Feel really bad for the one girl who was friendly and kind, because she was washing dishes instead of serving customers. She was the one bright light in a dark and dirty place. For a few minute we thought we were at the Waffle House,, but the Waffle House was better.. Welcome to Huddle House.
