Free is NOT always good... first and last time taking the girls for free back to school hair cuts! 😅 This lady butchered my babies hair. First off my daughter has THICK, CURLY hair.. I made sure it was brushed out before we got there.. this lady (carolynn) had an attitude from the start. She kept telling me to have her sit in the corner and brush her hair and she will cut someone else's hair. Like NO, we are here and her hair is brushed.. then she kept complaining she cannot get a comb through her hair, proceeds to show me as she combs straight through 🙄 I told her it's brushed and she straight rolled her eyes and just started chopping my daughters hair DRY. Like every other employee sprayed the kids hair down first... I immediately took her to Amelia at smart style and she saved my babies hair! Will never go to this...

So i spent about 300 dollars in all. I got extentions in my hair, bought the ones that the hair dresser recommended, and while they did feel very nice, they were too clumpy. And during our session, she was very nice and it was a great environment but the placement of the extentions were uneven. I would have clumps on the side of my head and it would be very uneven and spaced out in the back making it look very thin. They would fall out without me even having to touch my hair, and i had to take them out myself before even a week because it hurt so badly. When i took them out there were blood spots all over my head where the extentions were. I do recommend this place for a hair cut but not...
