EDIT: ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW NOW CHANGED TO 5 STARS: After the District Manager, Amir, called me and we spoke on the phone I thought it important to update my review. As I previously said in my last review I had been to this location three different times and never had a problem. Amir assured me he would coach to the manager that was on duty- and even though I profusely told him I was not looking for a refund (as I still ate the sandwich and still to what extent I could enjoy it) he offered to rectify the situation by making me a new sandwich next time I’m in that location. I will definitely go back to this location as I still love the food- thank you Amir for giving the associates the justice and allowing me to speak on their behalf based on my experience! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I will preface my review by saying I’ve ordered to-go from this location three previous times and never had a problem. However, today when I placed my pickup order (scheduled for 12:45) I didn’t receive my food until 1:00. One would assume this would be the issue- but quite the contrary! I understand lunch rushes and have no problem waiting. The issue was the manager on duty who was SO RUDE to her employees. I witnessed her not only yell at the other two employees but belittle them in front of customers. I was absolutely appalled- she spoke to them through her teeth, told them not to ask her again about pickup orders (lack of communication) and yelled at this poor kid claiming he “skipped an order” when he didn’t and he even proved it and all she said was “oh” and didn’t even apologize. She was the one who made my sandwich (which I paid for extra chicken and cheese, and a side of ranch that I clearly did not receive) and threw my sandwich on the counter. I hope these employees learn the value of their work and that this manager earns a lesson in proper and appropriate workplace...

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. Food and staff both terrible we spent over $60 for very little We got delivery of 2 regular cheesesteak, 2 large fries cheese fries with sauce an the side and 2 shakes. We asked for extra cheese sauce to put on our cheesesteak because we don’t like provolone. I asked for onions and peppers and the other one was plain. Well 1st they were both plain, extremely dried out and ice cold. The Large fries were in a box which one was 3/4 full. ( acceptable) and the other was 1/4 full both ice cold. . There were 2 tiny cheese cups less than half full . Never got the extra cheese. I don’t know how the shakes were because they were milk by the time we got them. I don’t blame the restaurant for this because it is Florida and it is hot. I called to complain about the food and talk to a manager, I got and attitude and they said the manager wasn’t in. Instead of taking my information for a manger to call me they said call back in a few hours. Or I can bring them back myself for a refund. I only ordered delivery because I was hurt and couldn’t...

This was like my fourth time going to this location all the other times were great experience fresh food. I recommended it to all my friends and families lemonade was awesome with the fruit

But today I went in there got a chicken Philly with everything and Philly french fries habanero mango wings peach and Cherry lemonade I have no problem paying the crazy price

The debit card machine makes it seem like you have to put a tip on it ok Nothing was grilled on the chicken Philly it look like someone was lazy and try to saute but didn't know what they were doing I got half boneless half bone which is one of my usuals mango habanero sauce some reason this sauce was dark brown like it was old no sweet or heat like the previous times where it was super nice looking the chicken was dark like it was overcooked the bone-in was super dry french fries and the Philly cheese chicken had no flavor Lemonade barely had any fruit

The lobby was dirty and they have literally just open and I got in there...
