Update: They actually have no knowledge of what's in the jar. I feel completely lied to. Picked up (2 eighths because I live an hour away) GMO that was described to have savory "Garlic, mushroom, onion flavors with a relaxing effect" and got country time lemonade mix smelling sprayed looking bud. Was told from their manager and district manager that their store policy is no returns or exchanges even on unsmoked/unopened products. This is my prescription and they didn't get it right. They couldn't even call my doctor to fix my allotment so I could purchase something else. They said they would do something to make it right so I will post an update on here, but with their strict policies, I hope they at least take GMO off their menu to stop lying to patients.

Update: Still haven't heard from anyone, but I've been told by 2 other dispensaries that Sanctuary should be able to return my allotment. Which is kind of crazy because they told me to go back to my doctor. This place is eh if you just want to smoke and get high, or live close by, but as far as medicinal dispensary... that seems like a stretch. If you know what you like, don't come here. Someone either doesn't know what they're doing or they're just...

This place has slowly become my favorite dispensary. My health has been quickly declining and it's very hard to get out of the house. My medical marijuana has become very important to me since it helps me in so many ways. The awesome staff has been so helpful in teaching me about terpenes and what I should be looking for to help my chronic conditions. Kayla or otherwise known as the girl with the pink hair... Has be over the top helpful and friendly. She's so sweet and helpful. She knows me now and can quickly show me what they have in stock that I will like. She's very personable and understanding. She even pushes my wheelchair to the back and brings me back out. Her smile is contagious and she makes me smile as soon as I see her. There rest of the staff is great too but Kayla is my girl! The quality of the flower is great. My only complaint would be that the bottles they use are very difficult for me to open. That can be good if you have kids but bad if you have carpal tunnel. Also on occasion you might find a seed or two but rarely. To me it's definitely worth it! Stop and check it out if you haven't been there yet. They have amazing sales every day! Say hi to...

I used to love Sanctuary Cannabis and had even left a positive review, but unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse. They've recently changed their menu, and what used to be their small bud flower is now branded as a "signature series." This change is disappointing, especially since the prices have gone up and the selection has significantly decreased. They really need to call this “popcorn seed bud” as the buds are the smallest I’ve ever seen. To make matters worse, my last order was canceled just 10 minutes before I arrived, which is incredibly frustrating. I was told that they ran out of the product I ordered online earlier that morning. That’s really frustrating because I received an email confirming that my order was packaged and ready to be picked up. They must have unpacked my order and sold it to one of their friends for more money. I’m really sad to say this, but I now feel like I need to find a new place for my medicine.
