Floor & Decor — Local services in Daytona Beach

Had the pleasure of visiting this store today. I'm moving to the area and I've made many purchases with Floor and Decor but this was my first visit to the Daytona store. I was immediately greeted by the employees near the entrance and as I was walking through the wood floor section was gently asked if I needed assistance by Mark. This is where the service went to the next level. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I didn't feel pushed in any direction he took the time to listen to my situation and make recommendations based off of what I wanted. He was so helpful. I haven't closed on my new home yet so I was gathering all the information I could, but hands down I will be purchasing my floors yet again with floor and decor and Mark really made my decision to do so an easy one!!

Update: I finally made the decision on which floor I wanted and went back. Unfortunately Mark wasn't working today but, I had the pleasure of working with Will. He was just as awesome! He helped me with my order and gave me some ideas for finishing the edge of my sunken living room. Really good ideas and was patient with me as I thought through the options and helped me visualize them. it's a very bad place they do not have the knowledge to put a order together I recently purchased over $8000 worth of materials and from the moment I was picking it up it was the wrong skill and they claimed that they were gonna change it they unloaded back for my trailer brought it back to the store I had eight pallets that had supposed to pick up when I came back for my second trip they say they straight it out and it was the wrong materials however we didn't know my installer into the electrician put the lights on the house and that's when we realize that it was two different tiles on the floor I came back to the store and explain to them the situation and they keep arguing that it was not their fault I had to go and get legal advice and help in order for me to suit them so they could reverse me the money or replace the floor that it was damaged due to not the right merchandise they gave me multiple different skill numbers now what I purchase on my receipt I would recommend you to not go to this floor and decor they do not know what they doing they are so disrespectful you should go to the one in Sanford they treat you like a human an early time that is a mistake they will Correct this they are much educated and respectable if you don't wanna go through headaches do not go to this...

I have remodeled several parts of my home over the last 2 years and it gets very overwhelming with all the choices. Floor & Decor is the best store to use when remodeling! The team goes above and beyond and makes the process so smooth!

Stephania helped me design my son's bathroom at the Sanford location from top to bottom. She honestly put my mind at such ease! She turned my vision into a reality. She is amazing at her job and I was so happy to see her at the Daytona location.

My home recently flooded with Milton and I made the mistake of ordering a large amount of tile from Home Depot. The process was so stressful. The order was supposed to be delivered today and to my surprise it was canceled entirely, and they didn't have the product in store. My contractor was ready for install and I'm very eager to get back into my home. I went to the Daytona location extremely stressed trying to find a product that would work. The general manager Steve and designer Bridgette treated me with such kindness. They heard my concerns and worked together to get me what I needed.
