Can't give a review of the food, because I was unable to try it and after the service I received, I never will because I won't ever do that again. Don't know how this place has a 5 star rating on google, when a quick look at the ratings and reviews on Trip Advisor is the complete opposite. After my experience, I'd say Trip Advisor is way more accurate. First of all, a restaurant in todays world, with no curbside service is absurd. Came here for a late night meal after having spent the entire day at the hospital visiting family, the last thing I wanted to do was go inside a restaurant. I was not dressed for dining and just wanted to grab something and go home. Having never actually tried this place, and wanting to, I decided to stop here on the way home. Couldn't find curbside so I called and someone named "Sam" answered the phone. Told me no curbside and couldn't take my order over the phone, had to do it online. Oh, but they sure had 20 parking spaces blocked off and reserved for bikers. After sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to place my order, and having 3 credit cards fail numerous times and then they placed several holds on these cards anyway, I finally gave up and just went inside. Stood at a mostly empty bar for a minute before I was even acknowledged. Explained to the bartenders what had occured and was told that nobody named "Sam" works there and one ran off to get the manager. Manager comes out, I explain what happened to her, she says "We have no control over the online orders but we can take your order here." I said ok, and she points to the girls and says they will help you and walks away. Not, "Oh I am so sorry for the trouble, let me take that order for you now", ya know, actual customer service. That was strike 2. Strike 3 was the bartender then trying to hand me a menu, and when I stated I already knew what I wanted (obviously since I just told you I tried several times to place the order online) she puts a small piece of paper in front of me, and says, I'll be right back to you, and goes off to make drinks. I walked out and won't return. Horrible system, horrible customer service. Lots of other restaurants in the area, pass...

I had my first visit to the Daytona Beach Twin Peaks on a recommendation from a friend today. I met 3 other friends there at 5:30pm. We placed our orders and when the waitress brought out our beers she had no idea which beer was which, and we all had to sip from them and pass them around. (Bud Light, Bud Heavy and Michelob Ultra). That was just the beginning, I had ordered 2 beers at 5:30 to beat the regular price at 6:00 when Happy Hour ended. The waitress only brought one, and of course after sitting for at least 20 minutes with the first one done she finally stopped by where I asked for my other I ordered at 5:30. By this time, it was regular price so I got screwed there (Nice shady move #1). Then to make matters ultimately worse, on our 3rd round of beers the waitress dropped the order at the bar, and disappeared for 15 to 20 minutes with our beers sitting on the bar getting hot. The bartender would not let us grab them, and insisted we wait for our server. Well, by the time she came back to the table (Without our beers of course), we said we don't want those hot beers sitting on the bar, and we want fresh cold ones poured. She griped and complained so one of my friends asked for the manager. The manager comes over and tries to fool us by pouring our warm beers into new cold glasses as if we couldn't see him doing it since the bar was right there. We complained about that was shady process #2 and he eventually told us we had to leave, then tried to charge us for the 3rd round of beers we never received so that was shady business practice #3. Three strikes and YOU ARE OUT! This place sucks. None of the 4 of us will ever go there again. I filed a complaint with corporate but asked them not to bother sending me coupons or anything since I won't be back for the Hottest Beer In Town at Twin Peaks (With the shady servers, and management that is worse...

So we went to Twin Peaks and got sat right away. I looked around and a “waitress” looked at me and rolled her eyes and said “oh great” to the other waitress. We sat down and that waitress came over and introduced herself, she took our drink order and then came back. I had a sprite, my wife had a coke, and our friends had Diet Coke. The sprite was mostly all soda water and barely any syrup. I told the waitress when she came back and said that I believe the syrup is out on the sprite. She got a little attitude, and said “well, do you want something else?” I said no, I’ll try a sprite from a different soda gun. That sprite was a lot better. She took our food order and within 10 mins the food came out…..That was fast I thought to myself. I cut into my burger and the center was very red. It looked like the cooks left it on the grill for maybe, 5-7 minutes and then took it off and put it on the bun. My wife had the boneless wings in Thai Chili, she wasn’t happy with them either. Our friends food was ok I guess. So we asked for a refill and my wife’s friend noticed her cup wasn’t clean from the washer. She brought it up to the waitress and the waitress said “What do you want me to do about it?” Ummm get a clean cup and a refill please. There was a couple behind us that was vaping in the restaurant. So we paid the bill and I guess a manager asked how everything was and my wife said the food wasn’t good, the service sucked, and the couple behind us was vaping and blowing it like across their table.

We were highly disappointed. It’s not like we wanted top of the line service, but at least fake a smile, have a good attitude at work, and at least check on our table more than 3 times. We walked out and got on the bikes...

The theme of this new age hooters is so cute. (Please don’t come for me because I just dropped hooters in here as a mild comparison) I had good service, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, I sat at the bar and had a beer and shared some appetizers. This was a pretty good day - shop at the Daytona outlets for some Christmas gifts, end it at Twin Peaks with a tall beer and some bar food. Perfect ying and yang. If I’m dragging a straight guy around with me at an outlet mall for a couple of hours, least I can do is buy him a tall beer, wings, and some bar food as a thank you. Our bartender was super nice and gave us a lil 101 since we had never dined at a Twin Peaks before. I ordered the bacon appetizer along with some wings with medium heat to them. Next time I’ll order slightly hotter wings. We both liked the wings more so than the bacon which was actually kindive a shocker. I think half of the bacon app or more was left on the plate. Not my favorite but the boneless wings were decent! I would order those again and just kick up the heat more. I’ve never been to the Twin Peaks in Jacksonville, but I can vouch for this Daytona location. If you are looking to watch a game, get some decent beer and apps, in a clean, not super loud environment, well then Twin Peaks is your spot. Our beers were cold, the service was friendly, and we got in and out in a timely manor so we could head back to Jax in time to feed the dog.

We arrived at 6:30 and were seated with no issues. We placed our drink orders about 10 minutes later and received the drinks 15 minutes after that. (trying to enjoy the atmosphere and company of friends as we sit there waiting disgustingly taking in the smell of ammonia… which should’ve been the first sign to get up and leave.)We placed our food order at that point 6:55. Waitress seemed to be spending most of her time at a table with a single patron. Failed to come by and check on our drinks to the point where we flagged down another waitress to place an order for more drinks. Food didn’t come out at the same time, waitress brought out two plates around 7:40 and walked off (we had a party of 6), 10 min later 2 plates came out, then another 5 min later the remaining plates came out. Biggest issue, ordered Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it came out undercooked. See picture. Positive: Manager came out and apologized. Waitress came out and apologized. All in all the service was bad but after getting served the raw chicken our waitress was a little bit more attentive, the other waitress who was helping run the food and bar drinks needs to be service trained, she was very rude slamming the mugs down on the table, the same with the plates. No smiles and just walks away. Will not be coming back!

After our last experience, we really wanted this place to become a regular stop because of the food. But, service is a huge factor and I don’t know if we’ll be back after today’s visit. The place was not busy at all - 2:30 on a Monday. The hostess obviously didn’t want to be there. Our server finally got our drink order after being sat for 20 minutes. We got drinks and then waited a few more minutes for straws. We’re now 30 minutes in and could finally order food. We got food after being there for 55 minutes. We would totally understand if the place was packed, but it was far from that. She never cleared a single plate, we had to ask for drink refills, even though our drinks were empty from sitting there way longer than necessary. Then, to top it off - she overcharged us at the end. Come on… Food was great just like the time we were in before. Except, they put my cold salad under the heat lamp, so the cheese melted and the lettuce was warm. We couldn’t ever mention the warm salad because Audrey never even came to check to see if our food was okay. We might go back, but never again during lunch. Maybe train your staff to take away empty plates, ask how food is a couple minutes after it’s delivered, and make sure drinks are refreshed.
