I really wanted to like this place. It's convenient quick stop just a few blocks away on way home to pick up weekly grocery staples and snacks. People have always been friendly. NEIGHBORS BEWARE DO NOT BUY PERISHABLE GROCERIES. Almost every time I do it's bad, 2x I've gotten food poisoning and the other times I had to throw away what I just bought which at the cost of the groceries is a lot of $$$ I don't have to throw away. 2 separate occasions purchased cheese that was bad, didn't have visible green mold, but the texture was not right and had really really bad spoiled mold smell. It was within the expiration date so regrettably the 1st time I ate it. Ended up having severe food allergy from mold and needed medical attention. 2nd time threw it away and stopped buying cheese thinking it was manufacturer issue. After that experience 2x bought spoiled quart of milk both times within expiration dates. Smell when opened was so bad, dumped it out. Multiple times bought ice cream that was crystallized and obviously thawed and refroze. Other times it was extremely soft, almost soupy around edges. Dips with tops of container pushed out due to spoilage. When asked owner about it he said he just bought it and was within expiration date that it was fine that's just how they come. I ate it and it was not fine. I ended up with food poisoning. Broccoli salad they make which is delicious when fresh, is not managed and allowed to sit in cooler for weeks to sell when spoiled. I worked in the food industry for 20 years. It is obvious they do not keep that cooler with perishable foods at the proper temperature, causing food spoilage. I will not ever buy grocery...

To all the haters of the Vine go elsewhere dont come on Google talk bout someone livelyhood these guys have stepped this place way way up and have done inside and outside and parking lot all new like if someone was rude it was prolly not them, and being that u had kids in the store most likely u went Karen on em. Been going here for 20 years man these good people aint no body just rude to you, but ur not gonna say ur in the wrong cause that how people are terrible blaming the people u say are rude but they helped me to my car with securtiy when i cashed a check and had to use my shirt to hold the money cause too much to fit in pockets. How man other places 1 cash 10g checks 2 armred escort to car so i dont get robbed. Not your average liquoir store this place is GREAT! Dont listen to the karens...

Prices have gotten extremely high compared to other similar stores in the area. Store is very disorganized and crowded. No checkout line, just a free for all. I wasn't going to post a review like this, albeit a completely honest one, until I saw a post on our neighborhood Facebook page stating that the owners decided that they no longer wish to allow donations to be collected through a donation canister on their counter for the Dearborn Animal Shelter. I will happily go elsewhere. Bottom line, shop here if you like high prices, sketchy customers, a disorganized store, and one of the WORST parking lots in the Dearborn area.
