La Corona Mexican Food — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

I'm so upset I wasted $80 here, I came in Sunday and got a carry out. The chicken on everything was so bad n tasted like old grease I couldn't even give it to my dog. I truly tried to not leave this review but I'm so pissed, bc I live too far to take it back so I was stuck with grinded up can chicken lookn like it was from focus hope. I will NEVER eat here again n I will tell all my ppl not to go here. I hope u realize this can make ppl sick. Me n my kids love Mexican food, all of us agreed it was disgusting. It was okay. It's a small restaurant and they do their best. Even though I placed my family's order over the phone and went to pick it up, it took multiple attempts to get every item we ordered. The torta sandwich was incredible, but the chimichangas and the steak tacos were underwhelming, as well as the beans and rice.

I think this place has potential someday, but for now, a 33% success rate isn't a great indicator for me at this moment. Especially given that they're more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in metro Detroit with better food, service...

The male cook gave me dirty looks ,this had caused me to cancel an order and it seems as if the workers have been having such bad quality vibes between each other. Also theres only at least two to three workers when I’m there,it seems like they are treated unfairly.I’ve loved your food for months and service but lately it has been getting worse. Leaving this review hopefully you guys read this and understand my worry’s and concerns.
