Subway — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

If there is a way to mess up an order its been done, every single time we get subway they have messed up the order or the food was unedible. I would not recommend thks store or any other subway unless u like to be $30 in the hole for two people every single time going there and even gettin the delivery, the delivery of my subway took over an hour and then i was brought a bag with a grilled cheese and no sub and like are u kidding me. It was so bad that i got refunded not from subway, but the delivery service and they put a 20 dollar credit additionally. That said i statved that night because my 10pm order didnt show until 1am and couldnt order now whwrw bu rhat time. Also the new menu sucks, the rotisserie chicken 🐔 is the worst ive ever had. Thags a bold statement which ive eaten in many states and in many big cities and never did i have something so bad being served and its actually how its supposed to be it blew my mind. (Tried it multiple times all the same) PS 16 year old first job no work ethics nor anytype of real training in how to do the job. I know because this place been there since like idk 100 b.c. 20 some years been going now thats done. Thats not what any establishment wants to hear that lack of all skills required to put a sub together by listenijg to someone saying what they want while in front of them. The worst subway EVER.. I see there's a lot of comments coming from the morning shift the morning crew is the worst they are so unprofessional and disrespectful it's so crazy. starts with the manager the manager has the worst attitude and it trickles down to the employees I just recorded a video of them insulting me and I have a phone call recorded, I was upset they did not want to give me the type of bread I want. They don't like working at all. I see them get upset at people when they walk in the door one of the girls in there followed me outside lol I know Subway will see that on camera.. like I see one of the comments a young lady said that they kept the door locked when she was knocking and they ran in the back if you don't want to work then go home other people would love the job....I have videos and I'm about to send them to corporate office cuz I know the district manager sleeping right now because with all those comments and all those complaints and he has not taken care of that??? and I will I say this I will spend every single day given Subway a bad name until this is taken care of. Had to give one star to put up post! Firstly I ordered online,and recieved my confirmation, went to go pick up my food,and the Manager Samantha says,"there's no order here,under that name" I explained the order and showed her the receipt from the online order.She again says "I have No control over the online orders" I asked well wheres my $$ then for Subway quickly took it off my card,even had visual proof that it was taken,showed my bank statement!! Was basically robbed by this Subway!! She didn't offer to discount my order,I ended up double paying that day.I rarely get hungry, for I have stage 3 cancer,and when I looked around saw nothing but a MESS! WAS DISGUSTING, looked like no one had cleaned the place in a week,food everywhere,every table,chair ect..had food all over it! I even mentioned that to them,you see 3 people standing around doing nothing,you'd think one would clean up a bit,especially with covid still...
