I have to make a lot of good pictures for some items I want to sell online. My phone can't do that. So I turned to my Canon PowerShot Elf 110 who just stopped to work and decided that I have to get it repaired for my job. Searching online a place with good reviews where I can go there to have my Camera repaired, I chose this place in Dearborn. Waouh! The very friendly young man took all his time to see if he can repair my Camera. I told him I don't have money to buy a new one now and that I need a Camera. What to say? My camera can't be fixed, it's dead. But I had a consolation, an used Canon PowerShot SD1000 who is still working, and this for free. With its charger. I still asking myself if I am not dreaming. This is the best camera shop you can find here in Michigan. I have been to Westborn multiple times now, and each time I felt that they cared to listen, and provided me with appropriate guidance. I am from Lansing, and have tried many camera stores, but these guys were the best who offered me the best value for my trade-ins, and best price to buy a used gear. Unfortunately they don't carry any new gear, but that's why we have B&H and other online stores. Just to give you an example, to clean my DSLR sensor the camera shop here in Lansing quoted me $80 plus leaving the camera with them for a day or two. Westborn only charged me $25, and they did it in 15 to 20 minutes while I was waiting there, and showed me the before and after results. I am very pleased with how they handle their customers, and with the experience I had so far I will recommend them as the best...

I often wondered in the past about how true some reviews are from some companies, but I want to write a TRUE & ACCURATE review for Westborn Camera in Dearborn, MI. I went in Westborn with what seemed like and unfixable flash-trigger issue (from a different camera store's product), because I've shopped there in the past. Joel from Westborn saw how sad and defeated I seemed, and quickly put me at ease. He tried to fix my flash-trigger issue, but thru trial & error we could not disconnect the trigger from the flash. Joel ultimately found another resolution, and resolved my issue. He didn't know it, but he made a customer for life.
