Mangos Cafe on the Hill — Restaurant in Dearborn

Ive always loved their hookah ! But my experience at Mangos is now the worst one so far out of any hookah lounge I have walked into in the US, and thanks to you, Ali, you're the Mouldy fruit on the team. Your lack of professionalism is unbelievable; you have zero customer service skills and zero problem-solving skills I have never seen a grown ass man screaming on a girl who obviously looks very young and avoiding the adult who sitting on the table and fighting a little girl instead, Easier? but regardless your role is to act in the favour of your customers and not act petty. Thank you for ruining the night by refusing to grab the manger after asking for it 3 times in row and Ali asked to take the complain instead of his manger, it looked to me that he wants to be the manger so bad! So I gave him the complain, Unfortunately Ali does not know that when you hear a complain from a customer you should listen and not interrupt and get very defensive so that's exactly how he handled it - lost his temper after hearing the complain and start arguing back and forth because simply he is very unprofessional and have anger issues too.

I'd like to conclude my review by thanking the manger, he was really professional and apologized for the mistake that occurred. Didn't want to write the review but I remembered when I said I will Ali said " Be my guest " because obviously he doesn't care about the restaurant reputation that's why he was acting childish and petty from the first place. My experience was amazing to be honest, but ive stopped to see one of the reviews about a problem that happened i was there and i was sitting on the table next to the ladies i wanted to say that this was the opposite of what happened ,the waiter was so polite and tried to solve the problem in a very nice way until that young lady she was talking about, decided to disrespect him in-front of everyone there, although the waitress (the girl) she was talking about helped here in her situation, and the waiter (Ali) tried to solve the problem and the ladies were okay with that until that young lady the girl is talking about decided to disrespect him in-front of all costumers and we all saw this so for me i wanted to clear this out because he was so respectful and after she disrespected him, the only thing he said was THANK YOU and left Even the lady couldn’t deny that he gave her the best service and this is what she said and we heard her, and overall this talking about someone that way for no reason since the part that she said was that he has anger issues thats unfair, qnyone in his place when he gets offended and disrespected infront of people would’ve said more the only thing he said was thank you and left The only reason was him trying to solve a problem that wasn't his fault ending up getting him like that in these words is unfair We the costumers and them know that very...

My friend and I were there for a couple hours and had to wait on our waiter to finish eating himself before he can come back and change our coals which was only done twice in a span of 3 and a half hours. We were also there for so long because I’m sure we were forgotten about. We were legit the ONLY two people left at the restaurant. She ordered a desert and I ordered something to go and over an hour later another waitress came back and said “how can I help you” like we already ordered?? When my friend was trying to complain she cut her off and said “okay okay go ahead with your order”. Our waiter finally came back and said “I’m so sorry were so busy” there’s literally nobody there then he says it’s because of takeout orders but we saw no more than 4 or 5 people go in and out AND if you’re closed you are not accepting take out orders -__- we don’t wanna stay there that long either and didn’t know they were closed. He just forgot everything we ordered. I had to repeat the to go order and my friend had to repeat the desert after an hour and a half then they are the ones that were giving us dirty looks as we were walking out.
