Nice Price — Local services in Dearborn

It's a very worst store and management. I bought a crystal and I ask two times to check the item and they told me it's inside the box they refuse to check it out, and I asked them to check it for the third time because they put a sign next to the cashiers for no exchange or return items. They checked the pieces of crystal and there was a long piece of crystal they do not check well and the crystal was for $100. When I went to my friend's house to gave it as a gift and they opened the box it shows that long pieces are broken. I called the store to told them about the broken piece they said I can come to the store to return it and the store was about 30 minutes from my friend's house. I went to the store and they said they checked the cameras and everything was clean, and he said he didn’t sell it broken. He starts Judges me as my fault. I was shocked about the way he speaks to me and I left the crystal inside the store without return my money and I left. It was a very bad idea to thinking about buying a gift for my friend from this weird store and stuffing. Thank God that I’m not thinking to take money from people that they don’t like my services. I wish everyone next time make sure check everything by themself and in front of witnesses. I had a long time never shopped from these kinds of stores because I love to shop online because they are more truthful.

I came here specifically because I was told that they have lots of varieties of scarves, which is what I was looking for. And they do! They have pins, jersey and cotton scarves, under caps, Abayas and more. Since I thought this was only a hijab store, to my surprise, they have lots of home items and odds and ends as well. I am not sure how ethically sourced everything from here is, but it almost felt like I was somewhere else and not michigan because of the nice smells and different languages spoken inside. If I had more time in this area, I would definitely have taken a look around more! The girls who were here were helpful in helping me find a scarf that would work for me, although they don't have the long and wide ones like veiled collection does, they only have small sizes, and I was able to use to fitting room although someone who works here stands there while you go in the room which was kind of odd. The store is pretty big and it was real busy when I went so it was a little difficult to freely walk around without feeling like you might bump into someone. Tons of beautiful household items. One employee was helpful and tried to ask a coworker for help for me and when she approached her coworker, the coworker looked up and down at me and said what is she looking for (so she didn’t want to address me) so I proceeded to show her a picture and she said “we don’t have” under her breath and turned around before I could say anything. The nicer employee tried to help me as much as she could though so it was a pretty good experience. I wouldn’t let one person ruin it for me. I’ll definitely be back during calmer...
