We bought our Kandi Cart a few months ago. Within a couple of weeks it began to squeak loudly. We called the company as the cart is under warranty for 3 years. The service people came to our home and “fixed” it as well as the parking break as it was not keeping the cart from rolling backwards but did keep it from rolling forwards. This was all done at our home. We appreciated that very much. Within a couple of weeks the squeak returned. We again called and they then picked it up from our home and took it to Debary Golf Cart to repair it. This was to cost us $150.00 for the transport. At that time they replaced the break master cylinder. They did tell us they “were unable to duplicate the squeaking.” That was confusing as it squeaked every time we drove it. It didn’t make sense to us that it didn’t for them. When they delivered it there was a crack in the windshield that we didn’t notice until a day or 2 later. Perhaps it happened in transport or who knows? All we know is that it didn’t happen during the times we drove it. Again, the squeak returned and was louder. We called and were then told that “they can’t repair what they can’t duplicate.” Still they said they’d pick it up and do what they could. They had the cart for 10 days and delivered it today. They said the repair was to basically put our dash and soundbar and front tray on a whole new frame. Again we appreciate that. We did notice that the cover for the parking break was attached to the floor board in a crooked manner. For me personally that is not ok as we bought a brand new cart and I want the cart to appear new until WE mar it in some manner. When I called the owner she became very hostile. Her words to me were “you people have done nothing but nit pick and try to find something wrong.” Why would we do that? Why would we pay for transport? At the time of purchase we were so very happy and minus the above remain so. It is unfortunate that the customer service has been challenging to say the least. I then contacted DeBary golf carts and spoke to Trent, explained the issue I was having and he was perfectly honest with me and answered all my questions, and at the end of our conversation, he scheduled me for a pickup to get it to the shop. Scott picked up my golf cart as promised, on Thursday afternoon 10/23/2025, and on Tuesday afternoon 10/28/2025, I called Trent and he told me the golf cart was repaired and he was charging it and wanted to test drive it on Wednesday 10/29/2025 to verify all was good with the golf cart. On Wednesday afternoon 10/29/2025 Trent called me as promised and told me Scott would be dropping my golf cart off that afternoon and all was good.
