Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Decatur

It's hit or miss, if they'll have your medication. You'd think they'd have it, ya know, being a pharmacy. There's been numerous occasions when they have some of the medication. And i don't mean a half a month's worth, I'm talking three days worth. But they don't tell you, even when you call them right before you head there, and the app says it's ready for pickup. They don't seem to care. I guess it's not their medication, so it doesn't bother them. The sole reason i go there is to get fuel points. I guess I'll try the other two. Hopefully, they receive inventory more than once a week. Or, at least, don't just pick an arbitrary number, based off nothing, when doing inventory. I hate giving bad reviews, having been in the service industry, in the past. But, it's ridiculous when you don't have your medication, that you need, for four days out of the week. I understand things happen. But when they happen so frequently, it seems like incompetence. But hey, They've been polite a couple times, so there's that... don't waste your time, money, or sanity at this pharmacy. They, literally, just ruined my Christmas, and my relationship, with my girlfriend. I can no longer go to her family's Christmas because, apparently, the new "man" as head pharmacist, is the worst person ever. Been with this pharmacy for years and ever since new management has taken over in the last few years the service has gotten terrible! Last month half of my prescription was missing from the bag and I the customer had to call back three days in a row trying to figure out what happened for them to finally tell me oh we found it and no other explanation or apologies. The wait it horrible as well plan on being in line for at least half an hour but it's probably going to be longer just FYI and that's if they have the script your trying to fill . This month my daughter is filling her script and called to see if it was ready for pick up and is told yes it will be ready in one hour she doesnt make it that day and goes the next morning to be told it's not ready then after waiting for half hour gets told they don't have enough to fill the entire script !!! Finally after almost an hour she walks away with 1/3 of her script and now has to make another trip across town to wait another 30-60 min to pick up the rest once they finally get it back in stock!! This place is a total JOKE anymore! We will definitely be finding a...

The pharmacy manager is rude and always talks over you when you are trying to discuss service issues. I have brought my hospital script in after directly being released from the hospital and she makes you wait upto a day before filling your meds. She told me the day of dropping off a script and waiting for it is gone and I should just get over it. She has no concern for the actual people who use the pharmacy. Definitely not your helpful family pharmacist. Saddens...
