This place is the epitome of a great small business. I have recently started frequenting this store and loved every occasion. The environment is lovely, well organized, and comfortable. Various chairs, including a lazy boy, invite you to sit and read. The selection of books almost seems curated. They have a large array of STEM toys for all ages and ability. They also have a wide variety of unique gifts and trinkets. They also have a selection of rare books and oddities for viewing.

The thing that really makes this place great is the wonderful staff and great service. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are cared for. For example, they gift wrapped my packages in Christmas themed wrapping paper in April! I explained that our family had to postpone Christmas due to health reasons, and she heard and wanted the kids' gifts to look Christmas-ee. The wrapping was expertly done, with a bow and everything. The best part is that gift wrapping was FREE!

This is a local treasure of a bookstore with a large assortment of both new and used books, as well as one of a kind gifts. In re to other reviews mentioning the owners hardcore mask stance, I can vouch that that has since been lifted. The employees are still mask wearers, but no demands are made on the customers, which is appreciated. The owner is a fellow book lover, and very helpful in assisting you. Visiting here from Florida and was very excited to see a bookstore nearby. Walked in the door and immediately upon walking in, was confronted by a large, aggressive, and unfriendly woman asking if my mom and I had a mask. Worst experience I've ever had in a bookstore.
