The project that Liaison did for me involved installing new and improved wi-fi capabilities for my home and upgrading audio and video systems in my living room and bedroom. I have large planar flat panel speakers in my living room that I have had since about 1990. I wanted to incorporate them into my television experience. I also wanted an all-in-one remote controls to basically replace the need to have 4 or 5 remotes to control everything. I upgraded televisions in both rooms dramatically, replaced DVD players with Blu-ray players, added additional speakers for something closer to surround sound, and added a turntable so I could once again be able to play some of my hundreds of vinyl albums after not doing so for years. Steve Weber and his extremely competent team made all the above happen in a relatively short amount of time. The wi-fi improvement is wonderful; I now literally have wi-fi everywhere I go in my home. I was provided with "lessons" on how to use the all-in-one remotes to ensure that I knew how to use them, which I greatly appreciated The audio system in my living room is so vastly improved. I am a Central Illinois resident, and had a server loaded with my own personal playlists. These playlists involved over 800 CD’s and over 10,000 individual songs. The server was behaving as though it was about to crash.... meaning I was about to lose access to ALL of my music content that I had personally designed. Liason came up with a solution that allowed me to move ALL of my playlists to “ the cloud” while also allowing access to literally 100’s of thousands of songs. This all was resolved just days before my server crashed. I personally thank Liason for saving my existing music in it’s original format but also, giving me access to music perpetually that I did not previously have. Our tv/entertainment system was messed up after our power went off briefly. After contacting Liaison Bill came out in a timely manner and figured out the problem which was quite involved. He did a great job in correcting the problem. When an additional problem happened Jason did a follow-up visit and corrected that problem and even fixed a couple things I wasn’t aware of.
