The owner, John, is very pushy. The experience was like dealing with a used car dealer. I did not feel comfortable while I was there. He mainly focused on my girlfriend picking out the ring instead of involving both of us equally in the process. After we left, John proceeds to create a group text chat and sends a barrage of texts to both of our phones, which made my girlfriend and me feel extremely pressured. We ended up shopping around and found a jeweler we really liked and decided to go with. The same day, I told John we were not interested in purchasing a ring from him. He acknowledged the text and then a few days later continues to text us both (and added another employee to the text chat) about the ring that he showed us. I had to remind them that I had told John that we were not interested and that he also was aware of this. We ended up blocking their numbers because it was becoming too much. Then, a week later, he finds my girlfriend on Facebook John tries to add her on messenger to talk to her. This is creepy and basically stalking at this point. I ended up calling John on his cell phone and he denied ever trying to add my girlfriend on Facebook for messenger. I do not appreciate being lied to or anything that John and his awful company has done. I hope to never hear from any of them ever again. I will never do any business with them. Stay away...

   Read moreMy fiance and I went in to look at engagement rings (yes he had asked but was letting me take my time to choose my own ring- smart man, which I why I am marrying him).... we both spotted one we loved. After having it sized (the SAME day!!) we picked it up and went home... later we noticed a black speck in the diamond, I was crushed... when I showed it to my friends at work...they all noticed the speck (I did not point it out)... once again I was devastated.... my fiance called Mark back Monday morning...he assured him they would make it right. I was nervous... they had sized the ring after all... we had somehow missed this spot..we would not have bought the ring had we noticed... I was scared... I called Tuesday, Mark was out, but Jenny assured me they would make it all right..just come back in. I must admit...I am still nervous... but when I arrive back at the store almost a full week later (due to my work travel) ...they have new loose diamonds for me to look at...YES they are replacing the diamond...I was stunned and ELATED....
