I have been at Rhodes Ferry now for a while it has been pleasant and nice since I’ve been living here especially the property manager Paige! From start to finish through the process Paige was very helpful in showing me different units to see what met my needs and wants and after viewing two other units it was the last unit that was a perfect fit for me and I love the location everything about it the train has become soothing for me which at first I was worried like how I’m gone get rest with a train lol but now I actually look forward to the train coming through on my side and love it! So overall Rhodes Ferry is a definite recommend for me to anybody that I know of looking for a place to live...

Very disappointed in how management has went down in the last year! Managements lack of communication between residents, and even maintenance is extremely poor. Personally we have caught Paige lying about fixing maintenance issues, saying they put a new parts when they never did. It has taken almost 3 weeks for the ac issue to be properly addressed (all during this heat advisory we had) after we have contacted a sistering apartment complex in North Carolina. Supposedly an actual ac company is coming today to properly fix the ac. She also had a hot water leak for over 4 months that ran her electric bill up double the whole time! I hope management can either be properly trained...

The appt manager at Rhodes Ferry is professional and yet very approachable . This is an asset to myself and others in our complex. Paige can be contacted and immediately takes the time and opportunity to not only listen but actually hear what the tenant is saying . She then proceeds to initiate the answer to said problem or situation. Paige addresses any issues that might arise in a prompt manner. Using her time wisely ; and follows up with myself and other tenants as to the situation.
