Decatur is alot of things to alot of people, but it can never be said that Decatur doesn't have some excellent parks. Frazier is an adorable little garden tucked away in downtown; stumbling upon it near the courthouse, you'll be shocked to find such a tiny and gorgeous spot seemingly dropped in the middle of the Albany neighborhood. It's always well kept, it's always cozy, and it's always stupidly pretty. I kinda don't want to publish this review for fear that people will start coming here and ruining the seclusion of this clandestine garden.
