Had a very very bad experience at this location went in to get some copper pieces for piping, and the lady at the desk was very rude. Didn’t know what all they were even on. She had a male follow me around like I was trying to steal something like I was a criminal. The guy even followed me all the way to the door And watched me get in my vehicle very disrespectful. They made me feel really bad. Made me feel like a criminal. I will never go to this location ever again rude people, and the guy that was following me around to make sure I wasn’t gonna steal anything he literally got six of me to make sure I wasn’t in my pocket and my hands were visible the whole time Store will never go back to and I don’t recommend anybody else to go there unless you don’t mind feeling because they think you’re gonna steal something because you asked for something what it is very not very good customer service they need a fire the lady that was behind the desk because of how she acted I will never go to this...

Ordered a mower online to be delivered from here... Had delivery set for my only day off. Called around noon to see if and when it would arrive, was told I'd get a call back. Called again around 1:45, was finally informed that their delivery vehicle "was down." Had to borrow a truck, wander 30 miles in the other direction. Not the way I wanted to spend my day off. A pretty good hardware store for hard to find Nuts and Bolts but they really do need a bigger store and a bigger inventory their lumber yard is just nothing at all they really could use a bigger store their prices are just a little bit too high also you can drive 5 to 10 miles and go to Lowe's and the price is usually a dollar cheaper on most items sorry but that's why it would be good for them to go big and then they would have the market in the...
