Update...4/2023...When they first opened...they brought a new product in that I totally loved. Seems like others really liked it too because there was alot of it. I had high hopes they would keep it. In my previous review, I mentioned how they bring in something and then stop. Well, they did it again. Same old same old. After about a mont, the product they brought in, that I really liked, is no longer on the shelf. The only difference is they haven't even found a replacement.
Previous review: Not a fan of the layout, but thankful that they finally put a Bank of Guam atm and an Infusion in the store. Still waiting to see what happens with product selection. Some of the brands are not as well known forcing customers to try new things. For the largest chain supermarket, smaller establishments (American Groceries, Happy Mart, Tokyo Mart, Cost-U-Less, etc) have them beat in moving forward towards a safer, secure, and convenient form of payment.
Why have compatible machines be hindered by outdated policies.
Card swipe and PIN are prone to lost, theft, scammed etc. during the time your card is out of your wallet.
Also smart payments make it so establishments are less liable for fraudulent charges...

But it was a lie cause I was watching from the two way door. He looked at me than walk away. So he went to the front to get someone else to assist me. This is so sad that your employee didn't show any interest in helping a customer. He needs to fully understand without the customers how are you going to get paid. So I'd watch while waiting. I saw customers needing assistance but hunting to get one....
