Sushi Rock Micronesia Mall — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

Upon walking in to the restaurant at 8:15 and were told that we have to "settle our bill" by 8:30. To start, that is not an ideal greeting to customers: but, we agreed thinking, okay we'll order everything we need, finalize it, and settle it at the respective request. We ordered everything, including our dessert by 8:21 as it says on our receipt and paid promptly at 8:30 when the hostess came to our table to "collect". We didn't get our food until about 8:35-8:40. The FOUR of us (including our two children) began to eat. We were approached at exactly 9pm and were told that they are closed! We were all eating! And, how do you rush children to finish their food. We were not yet served the dessert that we combined with our order since we had to settle our bill early! I wonder if they expected us to take our ice cream to go....

We informed the server of our concern about being rushed and she walked away saying, "Well, we do close at nine...."

We spent $90 to get service like we've never received anywhere else on Guam.

Really bad experience - Went here a years back and it was amazing until I came just recently with my girlfriend. The food took half an hour to show up and the worst part about it was that they didnt come at the same time! So we had to eat cold fried rice once our sushi and chicken finally came! We had basically 4 different servers because we had to keep raising our hands to get any attention from literally anyone that passed by! I asked for a refill three times from 3 different people and a to-go box twice from 2 of them! It came to the point where I just wanted to leave, but had to wait for them because waiting for the check took 20 damn minutes! Very bad experience! Do not go here. Food is bad. Karaage is soaked in amazu sauce and is old and too much breading, can’t even taste the old chicken which is probably a good thing. But it was hardly touched. Bento box: salad is also soaked in Japanese sauce, tastes toxic like. Tempura mix is one small shrimp and 3 large pieces of carrots, huge onion - they should call it vegetable tempura. Pork katsu is also old and hard. It was supposed to be 3 choice but they forgot my teri chicken.
