Tagada Amusement Park — Attraction in Tamuning Municipality

2 weeks ago I called TAGADA GUAM and asked if I can make a reservation for 15 people for my daughter’s birthday party. The person I spoke to said they don’t make reservations but they will let the management know that we will be there. He took my name and phone number. We told everyone in our party to meet up at 6:30 pm. The day of the event we got there to find out the place was closed for a private party. Which I was told was not possible when I inquired about private parties. Mind you those 15 kids are only in middle school they are being dropped off by their parents. The fact that they didn’t call me to at least let me know that someone booked the place is very unprofessional and very inconvenient to my family and everyone’s family we invited. To top it off, when we arrived and found out their was a private party, the employees were rude and dismissive. I’m so disappointed and I can’t express enough how bad I feel for my daughter. Never bringing my business to this...

This amusement park was super fun and everyone is super friendly and always busy. Live the energy of the staff and the night taken place. My friends and I went and we always have a blast, be sure to bring water and stay hydrated but don't drink too much when going on rides.

The staff service is always on top of it they were nice and when we requested to record us they were more happy to take that request, along with any other concerns and of our capabilities of rides and limits. Would 100% recommend this place if u want a big group party (would call in advance to reserve) it's super cheap and for all the ride bundles 20$

Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Staff!

I was beyond disappointed with my visit. The staff here is absolutely useless. Every worker was just staying in their booth, not moving or offering any assistance. It felt like no one cared at all. The only person who was outside actually doing something was helping another guest, but that's about it. The rest of the staff were just standing around, acting like they were more interested in horseplaying than doing their jobs. It’s clear they have no sense of responsibility or customer service. I’ll never be coming back here again!
