Time Circle Guam — Local services in Dededo Municipality

Had my iphone battery replaced here about a month ago. I was initially going to go to Mactech but I learned that Time Circle charges less and gets the phone back to you within the same day. So I decided to go with them.

The man that worked on my phone did warn me that my iphone wouldn’t be able to read my battery health after replacing the battery bc it isn’t an official Apple battery which to I agreed was fine. I didn’t think much of it for the first month, but I did notice that it seemed as if my phone battery life did not get any better, it would still drain within 5-6 hours. I figured whatever but NOW after a month, my phone will be at full charge and drain to 1% IN AN HOUR.

Do not come here to get your battery replaced. I do not want to assume that this business is taking advantage of people, putting in defective batteries, and just pocketing the money. I paid $150 for my phone to become significantly worse in a month. So although I want to give the benefit of the doubt and believe that this is a business of integrity and quality service/products. I’m afraid i’m going to have to say that that really is not the case.

I would suggest taking to your business to Mactech for battery replacements on island and even better an actual Apple store if you are able to. Apple will replace your battery with an official Apple battery...

I took my iPhone in to have the moisture cleared from the front camera, which was the only issue I was experiencing. They mentioned there might be water damage when they opened the phone, but it turned out to be only slight damage in one corner. After their service, my phone became unresponsive the next day. When I returned to address the issue, they refused to take a second look or even acknowledge the problem—despite the fact that I had already paid them for their services.
