Update review: I go to this rise dispensary all the time because they're right around the corner from me very convenient especially when they have their sales but u know what NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE DUE TO THEIR DUMBASS RETURN POLICY. I went there last night to stock up like i always do ery pay day didn't have my eye glasses to see the kiosk properly and selected two sativa's on accident, brought it back today thinking they would exchange it on my Rx for two indicas. NO the owner said without a care in the world. I cannot smoke Sativa it was an innocent accident due to my eyes i didn't open the two containers didn't touch them they were still in the bag. He didn't want to touch them asked me to take them out the bag i said look they're not open. Zach other employee there did tell me that they do have a return policy. I have been to other dispensaries and tried a product, it didn't work or do anything so I took it back. They all have return policies I WAS TOLD. WELL U LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AND ALL MY FRIENDS WHO PURCHASE FROM UR LOCATION. u can keep any points I have left I will not be returning and please remove me from emailing me as well. U get 👎🏽 down and I only give u 1 ⭐Byeeeee

Update 3/30/24 Today Russell and Haley delivered my order and were so kind. They always make sure everything is perfect, they always greet you with a smiling face as well. My favorite deliveries from my favorite people ❤️

Today Chris helped me. He is truly the best. So sweet. Every time I come here I leave in a better mood. They always take care of me and treat me so well. We also met Tom who gave us the cutest hats ever. Love this store!!

Jhonny helped me today at Rise. He was so kind. Today being 4/20 it was extremely busy. The staff easily could have been stressed out, but not Jhonny! He was so kind and patient. He was extremely knowledge about all of the products. He even taught me about THC-v. He was passionate about his job and that’s rare to find these days. Lets start off with AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE which is not easy to find lately. I will say I have only done 2 delivery orders so fat but if I could give more then 5 stars I would. The moment you place an order you are updated about everything. They reach out to you confirm items alert when packages leave store and when they are close by. My first delivery was Maria ans Jhonny who were so nice i was shocked. They provided me with so much information about the dispensary and delivery process. Today was Jhonny and Russel again both were fantastic. Jhonny noticed i qualified for a promo and added it for me right away and they let me know about discounts i may use in the future. This experience has been ONE FOR THE BOOKS. Just interacting with these few employees has made me eager to visit the store and check things out more and more. Thank you Rise for going...
