Worst experience ever. OMG! Christine who said she owns the place is a total nightmare. Right before my daughters wedding too!! My appt was for all over color and cut. She only did a root touch up. Said anything else would take too long? Wth? Then I told her MANY times no short hair, do not cut my mid back length hair short! When all was said and done my hair wasn’t even long enough to touch my shoulders and still had grey running through it. Then charged me $92 for an encore. I had to go to another salon to have the color fixed prior to the wedding! Nothing I could do about the hatchet job. When I called after I got home and realized how short it was she actually said “well it wasn’t when you left!” Seriously?! Like I stopped on the way home and had more chopped off? Went in for my hair Appointment had 3 colors and wanted the split ends off wanted something I had done before took pictures in to so my hair like it used to be thinking the stylist was Christine . long story short 1 was on her phone so much. All about her vacation.left the color on my hair first time 45 minutes, then came back was another 15 minutes,then the 3rd time ten more minutes the decided to wash my hair when I finally got to see my look like a carrot top.after leaving after 4 hrs my head was about 6 inches taken off my hair that was only to cut the split ends. And my head was so sore. For 2 days from pulling my hair out.and wanted the color I wanted and she decided to put a Bright red,and now it looks like the color of Carrots. My Mistake never go back...

I walked in for my appointment and get greeted with a hello from 2 different lovely lady's. I had my appointment with Tiffany. I showed her a couple of pictures of what I wanted. She then asked me what it was I loved about the styles I picked, just to make sure I knew what I wanted, was what I really wanted...She told me what she was going to do, and just to make sure that the length is right before she cuts. She would stop and show what she was doing just to make sure that it was going the way I want it. I love this salon. I got complemented by other customers, and people in general. I've already made my next appointment in 6wks...and I...
