Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Defiance Township

So we actually go to this restaurant a lot but I'm not sure why because it's usually disappointing. This last time I used a buy-one-get-one-free coupon and ended up with extra items because I got charged for both of the things I wanted and given an additional free one which is not what I wanted. I placed my order and they had to come and find me to charge me extra because the girl didn't ring up the Milkshakes that I ordered with the meals and instead had charged me only for Fountain drinks. I happily pay the difference because that's what I ordered. I didn't realize I had been overcharged for the other items until they brought the food to the table and I looked at her and said why do I have extra? At that point I told her just to forget it and we took the extra home in a bag. My order usually gets messed up in some way, but the kids really enjoy...

We have eaten there many times we noticed the food getting worse as pricing is way to high. Everything they make as is burgers are microwaved, come on 21ST century fix it fresh. I mean with the prices charged. We were recently in Arkansas wow their DQ was amazing had BBQ strips steak bites so many things this DQ does not. Then the prices were less than here. Blizzard used to be good not last two we bought. Inside is 3 starts but people come and go there so food 2 at best. Sad think even the ice cream treats have either shrunk or they decided not to put much ice cream in them. Fact this DQ could be way better if someone cared. I mean said Friendlys is gone great good ice cream. Not much to choose from but then again Eric's doesn't have a great choice oh their cost even hirer. I hope the best for them but not sure we'll be visiting...

Idk how but it it cost $22 for a single meal. They upcharge you for getting one of the offered sides on the menu, on top of the already high prices! This is ridiculous. I got a meal and changed out the fried for cheese curds thinking that would be okay since it is on the menu. I got a blizzard as well so I already know it is gonna cost maybe $15. Nope! $22! When I got to the window, I asked the kid if there was a mistake and clarified that there was not. There was about 10 seconds of him Staring at me waiting for payment. I would have loved to drive off but my anxiety told me to go threw with it because I am already there and I haven't eaten all day. I feel taken advantage of and robbed. Never...
