There are different experiences. most of the time it's great. Like the morning crew is different than the night crew. when you go, anywhere really, it's sadly easy to notice the ppl that actually like their jobs to the ones that just needed a job or money. We had one gentleman very nice asked us how we been actually engaged in conversation with us not just "what do you want". He obviously knew the older customers before us as a regular because he jokingly said to them to stay out of trouble. He was just great customer service. The other gentleman more or less just waited by the register quiet. And I've worked here before I know you don't stand at register. He could have hopped on line or wiped down any tables or checked trash, fountain area, etc... that guy was just more for money the other one actually liked his job and he made it a nice experience for us. And I'm pretty picky about my food appearance, working at subway before I take pride in the look of the sandwich. This guy did too. Nothing was sloppy or falling out. I loved it. And as always great tasting food. But hopefully when you go you get great service as well. I've had very few bad experiences. When I do I review through subway so they fix it. Because even though I don't work there anymore I still want to be proud that I did and I want them to keep that positivity and great...
Read moreWhen i walked in the lady behind the counter seemed grouchy and gave me the side eye and no smile immediately i wished my usual guy was their it was 830 Told her my order which was 4 easy subs. Only 1 sub had 2 toppings the rest were plain. My usual guy walks out from the back and proceeds to finish my other 3 subs and i was happy. But the lady then put lettuce n mayo on my sub which only half the sub was spose to have lettuce When i looked back up she had put enough of both on my sub for 3subs. When the young man saw that n looked at me he knew i wasnt happy. Told him if i wanted a mayo sandwich i could have made that at home. She didnt say thank you or have a good night or happy mother's day but the young man did n does everytime i come in hes very polite n carries on a conversation while making my subs. Now i don't normally write reviews but when i found out she was the STORE MANAGER, it made it even more disappointing to know how she treated me as a customer. She could definitely take some lessons from the young man that was working on how you treat a customer. I wish i knew his name cause he definitely deserve the tip i always leave him and not her. He's always delightful. KUDOS to the young man. Do BETTER STORE MANAGER!!! Take a lesson from your employee on how to treat your...
Read moreAbsolutely awful, this location definitely does not offer 'choice' which is the whole point of the brand! Ordered a foot long sub and 'chopped' salad, and got the wrong bread, and a salad with absolutely no effort put into it at all, even though I told them more than once it needed to be a 'chopped' salad. Ask for extra dressing on both the sub and salad and got attitude from both workers. Will not be returning to this location, and seriously hope Subway takes a little more time to train their employees because they obviously lack in listening skills and following directions as well as professionalism. If there was an option for negative stars they'd...
