Parking lot used to be easy to park in, now it's tight and anyone with a truck or SUV is not getting into a spot easily. Can't find items because not many items are where they used to be (that will come in time tho). The brand switches are terrible. Many name brand items have been replaced with more off brands or eliminated completely. I'm all about saving money but if it tastes so bad you throw out away you are not saving any money. There was a specific item I was looking for that was eliminated. After being the second person that day asking for the same item the employee asked the manager to come out and he tells him. The manager said he would order the item in, but after two months it's still not on the shelves. We get all of this INCLUDING price increases. This location used to be open 24/7 which was great but now closed at night. With Wal-Mart and Cub less than ten miles away people will travel to get what they need whenever they need it. I haven't checked out their cafe. Looks like it might be ok for a quick bite. Bakery items are good, yes another price increase in this department as well. Can't speak about the floral yet. Brand new restrooms but when I've been in them they have been dirty. MOST employees are friendly and helpful, however there have been a couple times that I needed assistance and the two young girls were too busy talking and sharing information on their phones to be bothered. The one girl was very rude and informed me that they have never carried the item i was looking for (i had bought the item there for over ten years). My fiancĆ© and I were in the self check out, I completely forgot to grab the vegetables we needed so I turned around and went to grab them while we were checking out. He was worried that it would time out so he paid and then we did another transaction for the vegetables. The lady accused us of stealing our coke bottles in front of people. If this was a one time thing it would just be a crappy situation. But the time we were here before the lady came up to us and said you need to pay for everything in the middle of us scanning our items. The time before that our self check out was paused and they came to search what we had already put in bags. I grew up going to a different Coborns and Iāve never experienced this before. Also thank god for their self-checkout lanes - it should not take longer to check out than it does to shop. Their shopping rows are still insanely close together. But thanks for the updated food types, the flower lady is lovely!!!!, and we are very grateful to have a grocery store fairly close for emergency shopping. Most importantly - seriously -your donatable food packages have some of the worst contents I have ever seen nationwide - please don't use your unsold food items to package these and provide some better options for the people who need critical food items. Also your prices on the packages used to be insane for the content - I hope they are better.
