A young ginger boy, not a day over 15, did not greet me as I entered the establishment that I frequently visit. He just sat on his phone and waited for his video to finish before his first words were âwhat do you wantâ. Like I said previously, I go to this store in Delano quite often, since I live in Watertown, my daily commute back home takes me right down 12, and past the store. Iâm not claiming Iâm an important person, but coming in at least twice a week, I expect a slight amount of respect. About four slices of pepperoni were placed on my 12â Hot Shot Italiano, and the absolute bare minimum of veggies. I asked for just a line or two of mayonnaise, and he proceeded to unleashed what must have been a quarter of the sauce container on the my measly sandwich. Before even I even my card he asked, cash or card tip, which I responded, I feel like my service wasnât worthy of a tip. He responded, âtips and required after a transaction, new rule we just passedâ. It must have been a rule he made up in his head because I have never heard of such a preposterous thing.    Read moreI ordered online and tried their delivery service, because they had a BOGO footlong deal for online only. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE! They quoted me 5-15 min and it took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered, which is ridiculous since I live 1 mile from the store. I ordered a meatball sub toasted and when it arrived it was COLD. No it was not even a little warm at all it was cold and soggy, so gross I couldn't eat it. No apology or anything AND the driver was rude to me as well like I did something wrong! On top of that their phone number, in their app and on Google maps, is invalid and incorrect preventing me from being able to contact them for anything at all! I would NOT suggest using this service at all and seriously question whether I will ever eat or order from here ever again due to-horrible customer service, definitely NOT fresh or even edible food, invalid contact information, overpriced (charged me $20 for 2 footlongs with a BOGO deal, nothing else just 2 sub's and 1 was free?!?). We went when it was mildly busy and the employees really made it feel like it was an inconvenience if you needed to think for even a second about your order, it was very uncomfortable. When we went to pay, the girl at the register didn't listen to my husband when he told her what we were buying and she charged us incorrectly. The incorrect charge was a kids meal, she didn't charge us for the meal, just the sandwich, so she made us pay for the other kids meal items individually. If I hadn't checked into it, we would have been charged nearly 2x the price for that kids meal. When I brought the problem to the attention of the other employee (possibly shift lead or manager), she fixed the issue but was very clearly annoyed and not once did she apologize for the mistake and when the employee that messed up was asked, she blamed my husband for the issue and wasn't apologetic at all.
