At the fair some guy gave me in my husband a ride close to the walk way. This guy went so fast if I didn't hold on to the bar behind my husband I would have been out the back. I yelled slow down but he kept going fast. When I got off I told him you are to drive this slower... There was a guy at the handicap parking.. He was sitting on a chair and got up and told us you don't look handicap. I said do you want my doctor's name... This was a big guy... I think this was the worse I've ever had at the fair..... Read moreA very cool part of the Delaware County fair. You can watch the qualifying races in a very relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't cost extra beyond fair admission, and it's a really beautiful setting. It's interesting watching them prep the track and the horses and jockeys warming up. My 10 year old loves it, and it definitely adds to the fair experience! Just watch out for "jug day" on the Thursday of the fair.
