NOTICE!! First of all, say that this store is an independent franchise and the rules and policies are their own, not those of the company. Second, I want to report the behavior and inappropriate situation on the part of Miss SofĂa, one of the shop assistants. My husband and I bought an esim that did not activate correctly, it is normal sometimes it happens, so I went to the store to solve the problem. Say too that We are not from the US, we are from Canada and Spain (foreigners here) and we need to report the fact of this lady, she did a bad job: She entered random and unasked information about my profile into the system, something illegal in my country. She herself did not remember the verification answers (the information before), so it became impossible for customer service to help us with the activation of the esim. She took control and did not provide us with a PIN, which was the other way to solve the problem. The worst of all was the treatment, not only did she insult the ladies on the customer service line, but when I refused to continue and asked for my refund. She started yelling at me "Get out of my store" and called the police. The police had to come 3 times because I couldn't access the store and SofĂa had taken my phone case and my physical SIM from Spain. It was 3 days of frustration and helplessness because we are not from here and we felt like we had been scammed.
Finally I want to say that in the end it was solved thanks to the saleswoman Zee, a very polite, kind and willing lady to help. The reviews about her are real and maybe the store's service is too. With my review I only want to denounce SofĂa's inappropriate behavior and denounce her treatment.
PS: Mr. Manager, if you read this, I hope you look at the video cameras and can see for yourself how I was treated and reconsider what kind of employee you have...

I purchase a phone from a location 1320 N Federal Hwy , Delray Beach, Fl I went into store because I had issues with the phone and the young lady told me I have to go to the Apple store. I told her why I bought the phone on 2/28/2019 and Im within the return date policy of 7 days? So I went to Apple Store in the mall had to make a line took forever but when they checked my phone they said we can not warranty because this is a refurbish phone you were sold . So i can back to the store and a small Hispanic male tells me yes you are within the 7 days but no I will not refund you the account yet there are no signs and I have photos that no return policy but yet remember Im within my 7 days. I ask to speak to a manager he states he is and then I said i need the district manager he stated he is the person in charge of the state of Florida and gives me a piece of paper with the name of Ross Arrieta ID:42195 in which I knew it wasn't because an employee call him Eric so now Im lied to again. So Eric Gieseking in which I found out who he really was did not bother to even read the notes that corp approved my refund. so now tomorrow or 3/6/2019 the 7 days for my full refund expires. Funny how one who lied who he was two was dressed unprofessional for any type of employee and three worked out of the store and left without helping out at all. So I will make sure that I let the media know how they sell you a refurbished phone with issues that cant be fixed. FYI on the Stores for Boost Mobile Eric Gieseking writes amazing google reviews to make it look like they have great service I call that misleading .... He was super knowledgeable, friendly and his customer service skills are excellent! Itâs not often that young people actually care about âthe customerâ but this gentleman went above and beyond!
