If I could leave negative stars, I would. The service department has zero accountability for their actions. My husband (on November 9 at 12 pm) took his car to get a simple oil change (this also took them five hours to complete for some reason but that is besides the point) and came back with a destroyed passenger side mirror cap. We can also tell they used some kind of glue to attempt to fix it (horribly done & without his permission). When letting them know that we noticed this, they refused to rectify the damage. Additionally, they also sent us an inspection report before the actual service which shows âno damage or cracksâ on the outer body of the car. When we called to try to speak to a service manager, we kept being jerked around by people who answer the phone that are not even on site. When I called their help desk, the person I spoke with said that they had cameras, and then the service advisor said that they donât have cameras. The service advisor offered to replace the mirror cap with a PERSONAL cap that he had from his OWN home (this was all through text message and it honestly seems like he was trying to just cover it up) and not even two hours later, told us that the damage likely didnât happen under his supervision and rescinded the offer. Why offer this if you know you / your staff didnât cause the damage in the first place???? These people donât seem to understand that a mistake on their end is easily forgivable and understandable if they were transparent and honest about it instead of insinuating that we are lying. Still havenât heard from the service manager that multiple people have assured weâd hear from by now. Avoid bringing your car here for service at all costs! One of the mechanics will likely cause some damage and then their supervisor will tell you it was there already. Unbelievable!
And donât bother writing the phone number you write on every single negative review and claim you âwant to make this rightâ. No one answers the...

Let me start off by sharing what happened to me so I can hopefully save the next victim.
I brought my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta in a week earlier because it wasnât starting properly. They claimed they checked it and updated a recall, but somehow didnât find anything wrong â even though I clearly explained the issue. A week later, I had to bring it in again, and this time Andrew told me I needed a full steering gear replacement â a major and expensive fix.
I decided to get a second opinion and had the car properly scanned elsewhere. Turns out it was just the battery â nothing came up about the steering gear at all. I honestly feel like I was being set up to pay for something I didnât need in the first place.
When I came to pick up my car, it looked like it had just been sitting there the whole time. No one called or updated me. I had to text them myself just to get basic info. The whole process was unprofessional and frustrating.
I could cry, scream, and handle this differently â but God got me. I still send blessings their way. Clearly, some people arenât happy in life and try to pass that energy to others. I guess I was an easy target that day. But I wonât let it break me.
Just a heads-up: donât choose Andrew as your advisor. Heâs a poor communicator, seems overwhelmed, and gets irritated quickly.
Oh, and funny enough â the first time they told me my drive belt needed to be replaced, but the second time, somehow it passed. Makes you wonder if theyâre just making things up. They didnât even have the ânecessaryâ part in stock.
Be careful and always get a second opinion. I would never recommend this service...
Read morePoor experience! Took my car in to have them check for a reason for a pulsating brake pedal. We just had a total brake work done by them July 3rd of 2024. They ask if the car had been setting out but we had some one drive it because we were aware the disk could corrode a little and cause this issue. We have experience this issue before on our previous cars in Florida and the issue went away after driving a decent amount. We took the car on a long trip but the problem stayed to a lesser degree. We took the car to Gunther to double check as the brake work was still under warranty. They came back with the corrosion reasoning and we thought the disk still needed more driving as they were gradually getting better. Gunther service called after their inspection the recommended new rotors all the way around and anti skid sensors in the back. I was confused as the rotors had just been replaced and the car only had 200 miles put on the car since the previous brake work and anticipated the same problem reoccurring. We told them that weâd like to think about that proposal and they said to come and pick up the car then. We did and upon starting the car ever warning light came on and stayed on. We stooped on the way out and took a picture of the panel and the warring display and ran back inside to ask about why this is happening. We had air bag lightâs steering lock', parking brake, ABSand seat belt. Bruce the available tech manager said that those lights were on because the rear ABS sensors were needing replaced? We drove the car home most cautiously anticipating random possible failures! I could not reason the ABS sensors tripping all these warning lights. The wife had to drive the car for the next 3 days and the lights gradually went out. I though we needed more communication as to why we should accept the car in...
