So I really like this Pharmacy and I love the people that work there but I am going to have to take a couple stars off because I'm extremely allergic to cinnamon. Every year it seems you guys put out those cinnamon brooms and cones earlier and earlier. The last time I was in your store previous to today it took three and a half hours and rescue meds for me to stop an allergic reaction from being in your store for 3 and 1/2 minutes. Today I had to wait a little bit longer because of a mix-up with my insurance which is no fault of Walgreens at all and I am always patient and happy to wait. Your staff was aware of my allergy and expedited my script which I greatly appreciate, I cannot rave enough about your Pharmacy people they are fantastic they're helpful over the phone as well as always being eager to help and friendly whenever I'm inside. I implore you to please for the love of people with allergies everywhere stop bringing the cinnamon brooms and cones out so early. It's hot it's still summer we don't need cinnamon scented everything in the store I can't even sit in my car right now with the windows up because the bag that my medications are in reeks of cinnamon. Please for the love of people with allergies stop putting these cinnamon brooms and pine cones out so early. It is still very hot and it's summer so you could wait until October to put that out so that people like me don't have to avoid your store for 6 months of the year. Also maybe consider putting fewer out on the floor so that I can drive the 2 minutes it takes to get to my house from your store without having an asthma attack and allergic reaction in my car because the bag is so saturated with cinnamon. Read moreSo I went into walgreens looking for a certain cologne for my husband for valentine's. I asked an associate Jason to help me at the cologne counter. He came over and said which one do you want? I asked if they had a particular one I was looking for? He replied I don't know and told me he would get more help and walked away. I waited a minute or 2 and went up to the cashier jen who was apparently the manager and said can you please send some one over to helped at the cologne counter and she replied with someone was on the way over right behind you. When I informed her that he came over and didn't help me, she called for help again over the store in which the same guy came and still had no idea. I have been in customer service for 20 years and this guy was no help nor did he intend on finding help. I understand it's a holiday and things are busy but I spent about $40 and then some at this store on this day and the customer service was horrible. Now granted if they have had what i wanted I would have spent $100 on some cologne just so i could make my man happy Instead I purchased something that wasn't as pricey and went on my way The cashier was extremely nice even though she was sick with a cold. I asked for the corporate number and she had to ask Jan ( same woman who sent same employee over to assistant me) and all I got was 1-800- walgreens. Read moreBought some things from here yesterday morning and found out about 20 minutes later that I no longer needed them. Went to return them only to find out that they refuse to do the return back onto my card because I didn't have the receipt. Few problems with that, it was the same person that checked me out, never put my receipt in my bag and when I called him out on it, just said he can't do anything without the original receipt since I didn't take it but again he never gave it to me nor asked when I made the purchase. When I asked if he printed it and threw it away maybe, he just said oh we already emptied all the trash cans so he couldn't look.
Never imagined it'd be a problem for a return since I did it under a phone number and name in the system and it's not like I was trying to get cash back, I was just trying to refund back onto my card and am now stuck with a worthless store credit card since I hardly shop at Walgreens. Make sure your employees actually GIVE people their receipts so they don't lose $50 because...
