Let me just say that if anybody has any issues that they have with metro they need to go to this location and this location only. I had came to Carlos after being highly frustrated and treated like crap from the store on enterprise. My intention after a horrible experience was to get the transfer code for my account as I was ready to switch carriers after having a problem that literally lasted me from 9am to 4 pm, Because of the lack of help and professionalism from the store on enterprise. When I went to Carlos i was highly Agitated. He was very kind and professional. And in a great mood which couldn't help but rub off on me. And he was very helpful and understanding. This guy took care of two problems that I had within only 20 minutes of his time. Even though he did not make a dime off of me, He showed me that my time and my problem was important to him. And because of that I decided to change my mind and I stayed with metro. So if anybody wants good customer service, come to this place, and stay away from the one one on enterprise. I have been a customer for over a year now and can not say enough good things about the service. My calls are always clear and don't drop. Carlos, the manager at the Saxon location is the best. He is always so friendly and upbeat. I have been in the store and watched him handle multiple customers including one problem customer and he remains cool, confident and friendly.
