If I could give 0 stars I would. Owners sold bad/old ejuice that literally felt like I inhaled a bonfire .Spoke to the gentleman about my concern, he then argues with me about the price because I said $23 and the juice was $20. He calls the manager who I can hear over the phone, the man tells his manager that he's having the same issue that came up a couple weeks ago when somebody complained about the same thing .I'm a smoker of 10+ years and they were trying to argue with me that maybe I just need a lower nic level cause 6mg is ''too much for me'. Absolutely unprofessional and insulting .instead of listening to a paying customer complaint and making it right they instead argued with me and insulted me after admitting they have had similar complaints!!. I will never spend another penny at this establishment and I'd recommend nobody else does either. WHATEVER THE GUYS NAME IS WHO HAS NO TEETH NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Avoid this business at all cost...they sell garbage products and are insanely rude.... Bought an E pipe and less than 24 hours it stopped working and the stem would not stay in it...Went back to store within 24 hours hours and was told to read the sign "no refund or exchange all sales final" Ask to speak with owner who they said was named "Willy" and supposedly owns this location and one in Daytona on Mason Ave....They said he was too busy and asked me to leave a number which I am sure they tossed as soon as I left.....very unprofessional and very cheap made products....shop elsewhere where your business is appreciated and repeat customers carry some value...this is a fly by night operation and won't be...

Love this vape store. It is the only one I go to locally. The 2 guys that have helped me are knowledgeable about their products and the flavor profiles of their juices. They are always welcoming and make the experience a pleasurable one. If you don't know what you're looking for, give them a few ideas of your preferred flavor profiles and they will probably be able to point you in a good direction as far as what to try. The store is clean and well laid out, unlike some where you feel crammed in a small corner. They also have a pool table and TV which makes the area more like a vapor lounge.
