My daughter and I came to this boutique for the first time over summer. I was looking at the vivid eye shadow pallet and. My daughter must have noticed. Yesterday was my birthday and I unwrapped her gift, it was the palette I had looked at over summer. My daughter then told me her experience when at Girl Boss. She said when she picked up the palette, an old lady with short grey hair asked of she needed anything (rudely) and when my daughter responded no she was just going to get the palette, the lady “snatched” it out of my daughters hand and said she would ring her up at the register. My 16 year old was alone, doing something that demanded a lot of courage, since she is not used to shopping without me, and that was her experience. Being treated like a common thief. We will not be back, and will be spreading the word, although, the reviews seem to be sharing the truth already. Learn some customer respect and decency. Should be ashamed...

I bought a pair of jeans for $50. Not even 1 hour later I decided to return the jeans because I found a better option. Not only could I NOT return the purchase I JUST made, but I was informed that the only thing I would recieve was store credit. Had it been store credit on the entire store I might have been okay. But no, it was only on the items that the jeans were on the rack with. Being that they were on a plus size display, I had barely anything to even exchange them with. I ended up getting a shirt I really didn't like for 42.99 and just call the rest a wash. Their return policy was posted on the counter behind product and was so small I never noticed it. My daughter and I love this store. We bought her homecoming dress here. So many beautiful options to choose from, with great prices. So much easier than having to drive to Baton Rouge. Such a convenient location. A plus is they have other items besides clothing too. I purchase a couple of gifts while I was there. They have so many options like door hangers, customized items available, as well as ready to purchase. We will be going back often to this boutique. I'm so glad we found it. The lady working helped us so much and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and found everything we needed. We definitely will be back. ...
