I recently ordered a flower arrangement for a dear friend who had just lost her husband, and I was completely blown away by the experience I had with this floral shop. From the very beginning, Miss Toni was compassionate, thoughtful, and truly attentive to what I was hoping for. The arrangement she created was absolutely beautiful—elegant, full of warmth, and exactly what I envisioned.

I called Judy’s because of her google rating. We were sadly disappointed. The woman who answered the phone was less than helpful when I called to get a plant for a dear friend’s grandmother. I didn’t know the ladies name who had passed but I knew the service times and the funeral home. The woman who answered told me “well I guess we can just hope they go to the right person.” Umm ok. After a quick google search of the funeral home I was able to give all of the information. I received a call an hour later from the flower shop telling me there was an issue with my cc. The account is closed. Knowing that my account isn’t closed I asked if she wanted me to reread the card numbers to verify. She “no.” So I asked if she wanted my card but it was the same account. She said “no I want you to call you bank and see why your acct is closed.” We canceled our order and called A-1 flowers and had absolutely no issues. We received a beautiful arrangement and will recommend A-1 from now on. Hopefully this review reflects the experience you will get...
